• Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. In the event the item ordered cannot be delivered on the given date we reserve the right to deliver on next day.

• Sometimes deliveries can get delayed because of unforseen circumstances, we will not be able to process refunds for late deliveries

• In case the recipient refuses to accept the order we will not issue a refund and we will not attempt a re-delivery more than once.

• We deliver the flowers and arrangements through our network of local florists and gift shops. In case of any issues related to product quality or otherwise, we will not be liable for anything in excess of the order value. 

• Cakes and edible items are delivered by our local florist network, in case of any quality concerns please raise it with the delivery person immediately. We are not liable for any issues with the quality of the food products in excess of the order value.
